Alternation is a forum for respectful conversations about faith and life commitments. I plan to post a new topic and my own brief comments once a week, more or less. Join in and post your ideas. You have to log in, but it is fairly painless–easier than it used to be.
FUTURE TOPICS:
I have some general ideas I want to approach in the future, maybe even some connected series, but I’m mostly following things that enter my mind one way or another.

Guten Tag Marco!
My picture is on the page that says “Mark” along with pictures of my wife and our grandson.
Where in the world are you now? I ride a bike, but the longest tour I’ve taken is one week.
Peace, Love, and Blessings,
Mark
Hey Mark,
Thanks for the comments on my blog – glad that you are enjoying it! It’s good to get some feedback, so many thanks for breaking the ice
Great blog you’ve got here – you’re showing us amateurs how things should be done!
Best wishes and have a great week,
Helen
Hi, Mark! I’m preparing an email response to yours back in February. I’m feeling much better, but, in my usual way, doing too many things at once!
Margaret
Hi, Mark: I was introduced to this blog today.
http://margaretandhelen.wordpress.com/
It has lifted me from a slough of despondency!
Thanks for the tip Margaret. I will enjoy reading Helen and Margaret’s conversations. By the way, I noticed they called Glen Beck a loon! That wouldn’t be an insult coming from a Buckie Quinie, would it?
Hiya Mark.
I recently joined ‘the Doric’ page on Facebook.
If you are still interested in the Doric, check it out. It’s fun!
Good to hear from you again Margaret.
Hmm, I may be too old to do Facebook, but I’m still interested in the Doric. I did have a lovely time in Buckie and the environs, and I’d like to go back some day. No plans right now. I’m waiting for my family income to get stimulated before I do much traveling again.
Maybe I’ll pretend like I’m one of the kids and look at Facebook.
I did take a wee look at the page. I saw a spot for photos, but there were only three up there. If you like, e-mail me and I’ll send you some of mine and you can post them.
